Lambrou and Another v Rodoussakis (Civil Appeal No. 26 of 1956) [1950] EACA 247 (1 January 1950)

The Court held that the amended plaint did not introduce a new cause of action, as the respondent's claim consistently sought her rightful share of estate revenue.
