“This Order may be cited as the Public Health (Notification of COVID – 19) Order, 2020.”

This Order may be cited as the Public Health (Notification of COVID – 19) Order, 2020. COVID – 19 is declared to be a notifiable disease for the purposes of the Public Health Act. Section 11, Part IV, and section 36 of the Public Health Act shall apply to COVID‑19. This Order shall expire on notification by the Minister.
