Establishes a pharmacy board composed of specified officers; appointed members serve three years and may resign in writing or be removed by the Minister for inability. The board must meet as it deems necessary; the chairperson shall preside (or a member appointed in absence) and has a casting vote; quorum is four (two pharmacists); the registrar must record minutes and have them confirmed and signed. The chief pharmacist shall be the registrar, act as secretary to the board, and perform other duties required by law or by order of the board. The chairperson may summon persons to appear and to produce documents for board or disciplinary-committee inquiries; persons summoned may be examined and may examine and address the board (including by advocate).
