“"Minister" means the Minister responsible for finance.”
"Minister" means the Minister responsible for finance. The Minister may, by statutory order, exempt members of the Uganda Peoples’ Defence Forces, the Uganda Police Force or the Uganda Prisons Service from paying any territorial tax.
