Uganda v Samidi and Another

Uganda v Samidi and Another (Criminal Session Case 514 of 2019) [2022] UGHCCRD 123 (25 October 2022)

The court found that the prosecution proved all essential elements of aggravated robbery beyond reasonable doubt. The evidence established theft of property, use of deadly weapons (metal implements and Carbofuran), and the participation of the accused persons.
