Oryem v Uganda (Criminal Miscellaneous Application 74 of 2023) [2024] UGHC 104 (21 March 2024)

The court held that the applicant failed to demonstrate any material change in circumstances since the previous bail application was dismissed. The grounds advanced in the present application were substantially the same as those previously considered and rejected.
