The Court of Appeal held that only those polling stations specifically pleaded in the petition could be considered. Upon review, the court found that while there were inconsistencies in some Declaration of Results Forms, the official tally sheets and credible evidence confirmed the correct results were used in the final tally. Any falsified documents were not relied upon in determining the election outcome.
