Baguma v Kampala Capital City Authority (MISCELLANEOUS CAUSE NO. 318 OF 2019) [2020] UGHCCD 155 (13 May 2020)

The court found that the Respondent's delay in issuing the appointment letter to the Applicant was a breach of statutory obligation under Regulation 29(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, but did not amount to a violation of constitutional rights as alleged.
