Uganda v Owormungu (Criminal Session Case 89 of 2023) [2023] UGHC 493 (18 December 2023)

The accused, Owormungu Godwin, unlawfully caused the death of Arinaitwe Francis by kicking him in the neck, but the evidence did not establish malice aforethought.
