The Plaintiff proved ownership of the suit land by virtue of a valid certificate of title and supporting sale agreements. The Defendant's occupation of 0.05 acres of the Plaintiff's land was established by survey evidence and corroborated by police investigations. The Defendant failed to demonstrate any right to occupy the disputed portion, and no fraud was pleaded or proved against the Plaintiff's title.
