George Mulindwa v Kulaba Wilson (Civil Suit 2097 of 2016) [2024] UGHCLD 84 (30 March 2024)
The court found that the Defendant, Mr. Kulaba, knowingly misrepresented the truth regarding the suit plots, exchanged certificates of title for land that was either non-existent (Plot 524, immersed in Lake Victoria) or less in acreage than agreed, and excluded the Plaintiff from the final agreement without legal authority.
