Mukhono v Kimono (Civil Appeal 74 of 2021) [2025] UGCA 1 (23 January 2025)
The Court of Appeal held that the High Court was correct in setting aside the consent decree in Civil Suit No. 46 of 2010. The underlying agreement for the development of the suit land was made with Mt. Elgon Mission, a non-existent entity, rendering the contract and the subsequent suit illegal.
