Birikadde v Uganda (Criminal Appeal 12 of 1982) [1986] UGCA 24 (2 September 1986)
The appellate court found that the trial judge's conviction of the appellant for kidnapping with intent to confine under section 236 of the Penal Code was supported by sufficient evidence.
