Kisaka v Nganda (Miscellaneous Cause 284 of 2022) [2023] UGHCCD 403 (11 September 2023)
The court found that the respondent did not seize the applicant's property but only exercised his contractual right to inspect the premises before the applicant vacated, as stipulated in the tenancy agreement. The applicant's early departure without inspection constituted a breach of contract, and the evidence did not support claims of property damage or violation of fundamental rights.
