Ndika v Uganda (Criminal Appeal 357 of 2015) [2024] UGCA 190 (19 July 2024)

The Court found that the trial Judge properly considered the defence and that the alleged contradictions and inconsistencies in the prosecution evidence were minor and did not amount to deliberate untruthfulness or undermine the credibility of the witnesses.
