Bukenya Deo Sebyala v Nanyunja Harriet (Civil Suit No. 52 of 2019) [2025] UGHCFD 57 (14 July 2025)

The court found that while the defendant did not fraudulently obtain letters of administration, she did fraudulently dispose of estate property by executing a sale agreement without the consent of her co-administrator, the late Cotilda Nakafeero, and by forging the signature of a deceased beneficiary. The law requires co-administrators to act jointly, and any unilateral disposal of estate property is invalid.
