The Tribunal found that the Contracts Committee meeting of 26th September 2019, which awarded the contract to Amwet Investments Ltd, was illegally constituted due to the improper designation of the Chairperson, in contravention of Regulation 19(2) of the Local Governments (PPDA) Regulations, 2006.
