Mbengei v Kkraft (U) Ltd (Civil Suit No. 211 of 2012) [2015] UGCommC 137 (21 October 2015)
The court found that the contract between KKraft (U) Limited and the concept developer stipulated a six-month retainer period during which the concept developer was entitled only to a monthly salary, not commission. Commission was to be paid after the six-month period, on a month-to-month basis, once client bills were settled.
